BellyBio Interactive Breathing App Reviews

It is amazing how well it tracks your breathing and creates interactive music that you control with your breathing.

This had gone away to where if you typed it into the App Store it wouldnt appear, but it was my absolute fave biofeedback app! I did it at my pain doctors office and the psych. loved it! He couldnt believe it was free after all the equipment we use at my appointments is costly! Anyway, I typed in : "Where did the BellyBio app go?". The first thing listed has a "Free" box to click and here I am! Now obviously everyone here has found it, but i just wanted to make sure you know it may not be easy for anyone who is told about this app to find it.

The breath detection works well and the music is very relaxing. When life gets stressful I use it, kind of like a power nap, and feel much more calm and energetic. Some people have said theyd like longer sessions. You know one track is over when it goes back to the ocean sounds, and if you keep going the next one starts - it keeps time without being obtrusive. I do kind of wish there was an option for just the wave sounds rather than any music because the wave sounds are quite relaxing too. Its nice that the instructions and help have a sense of humor and it doesnt take itself too seriously.

Love the app but keeps kicking me off?

Ive used Belly Bio for several months. There has never been an app update, and since the latest IOS update the app function has decreased rapidly. Now it is totally messed up and doesnt work at all. Such a bummer because I used it at least two times daily.

Need more breathing apps like this one! Most of ones in the App Store make you breathe along with a fixed pattern which really does nothing to get you into a deep natural rhythm. This gives you immediate feedback and guides you towards just letting your body breathe. Some UI and crashing issues but 5 stars because its actually helpful. Thank you!

I think this app has a lot of potential! It need way more time on it though, more music/ambiance selections and a more sleek design.

I dont really understand the positioning since the demo button doesnt actually demonstrate anything. I just hear music then it stops. When I try the bio feedback tracking, it only plays one song and says the stupid "irregular pattern" message thereafter - no matter what, it just stays red on that screen. At least they give the option to turn off the breathing colors. That helps when I dont need bright lights as Im relaxing in the dark.

I love this app. Depend on it every day at bedtime to wind me down. However I just upgraded and it doesn’t work please update it soon!

Does not work with iOS 8. Just doesnt work at all.

Please do an update so my child can use this for her therapy outside of the doctors office!

As a musician, I find the changes in song tempo and rhythm to be very useful cues regarding my breathing, far better than a typical "breathe in, breathe out" app. Just as I have to keep an even tempo while playing, I need an even tempo while breathing. This app makes that extremely intuitive.

I updated my IPhone 5 IOS 2 Weeks ago. App stopped working. Appears to be loading but nothing happens and stays stuck on front page.

Doesnt open past the first screen. Just shows a belly button and nothing else
